READ CAREFULLY : the registration and use of the Cor Magis Travel web site need the acceptance of the following General Conditions of Use. ***It is necessary to be 18 years old or older to order products on this website***.
All data required for registration must be personal and true.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. Use of web site
This web site is only for personal use. It cannot be modified, reproduced, duplicated, copied, distributed, sold, exploited by any means. It's also strictly forbidden to use this website for illegal purposes.

2. Web site content
All the information in the description part of the vacation packages are descriptive only and they cannot be considered as a commercial contract. The regular commercial contract with all legal details will be sent by Cor Magis Travel after direct and specific request of the client.

3. Privacy protection
When ordering a service or a product through our web site, it is necessary to provide personal information as such as name, e-mail, address, telephone and, when proceeding to payment, credit card number and expiration date. These information allow us to proceed with the orders and to keep the clients informed and updated on all the procedures.

All these terms and conditions are regulated by the Italian Law.
Cor Magis Travel may make improvements and/or changes to this web site at any time. For any legal matter, unique referral will be the Court of Siena.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Please read carefully

Cor Magis Travel snc, hereinafter referred to as “Cor Magis Travel”, accepts reservations subject to these Booking Conditions. PRICES are always quoted in Euro. Subject to changes advised to you or to your agent in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, these vacations are valid from 1st January 2004 to 1st January 2005.

Cor Magis Travel is a licensed Travel Agency (Authorisation N.213/87A issued by Regione Toscana). Insurance Guarantee: Generali; Insurance Policy N. 239454926

1. DEPOSITS. A mimimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total sum is required at the time of the reservation, if this is made more than 45 days prior to arrival. A reservation will be automatically canceled if the deposit is not paid within 7 days of making the reservation.

2. FINAL PAYMENT. Final payment must be received by Cor Magis Travel at least 30 days prior to departure. For reservation made less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment is due at the time of making the reservation.

3. DOCUMENT DISPATCH. Documents will be dispatched prior to departure based on when the booking is completed and paid in full. For your convenience, it will be possible to download documents directly from Internet or to receive them by e-mail.

4. CANCELLATION FEES. If you cancel for any reason less than 30 days from departure, your deposit is non-refundable. Foregoing cancellation fees apply:

• 10% of total sum for cancellation within 30 days to departure
• 30% of total sum for cancellation within 29 and 18 days to departure
• 50% of total sum for cancellation within 17 and 10 days to departure
• 75% of total sum for cancellation within 9 and 3 days to departure
• 100% of total sum for cancellation after that date

5. PRICES. All our prices have been calculated based on coach and hotel tariffs and rates of December 01, 2003. Cor Magis Travel reserves the right to change our prices for any reason. Prices will not be changed after full payment has been received by Cor Magis Travel for the final invoice price. All prices are in Euro.

6. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED. Items of personal nature such as laundry, drinks, telephone and fax charges, meals and drinks where not specificied.

7. ACCOMODATION. Accomodation is always based on share twin double room with two single bed or one double bed as provided by the supplier. Single room must be booked by people wishing to travel alone at an additional extra fee. Special requests must be done in advance when booking.

8. ALTERATIONS TO TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS. Every effort will be made to provide these vacations as exactly described and as booked and invoiced. Cor Magis Travel reserves the right to alter or cancel accomodation and travel arrangements at any time. Cor Magis Travel will then provide, wherever possible, similar accomodation/travel arrangements in the same area. Where accomodation/travel arrangemens of a lower standard are only available, Cor Magis Travel will refund the difference between the price of the accomodation/travel arrangements as originally booked and the actual accomodation/travel arrangements provided. In the case of a supplier failing to supply accomodation or travel arrangements as reserved, either shortly before departure or on arrival at the vacation destination, Cor Magis Travel will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements on the above basis.

9. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS. You are responsible for advising us of any special requirements you may have and of any medical condition that may in any way affect your ability to undertake the travel arrangements that you purchased.

10. UNUSED SERVICES. If you make any changes to any portion of your vacation after you have departed, such changes will be completely at your own expense. Refunds are not available for services provided in the vacation prices not utilized by you.

11. TRAVEL INSURANCE. Cor Magis Travel strongly reccomends you purchase travel insurance providing coverage for loss of deposit, cancellation fees, medical expenses, lost baggage and other potential travel-related losses under certain circumstances.Such insurance must be purchased at the time of your initial travel reservation and paid for with your deposit.
